Senior Medical Device Engineer

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Medical Device Engineer, der sich auf die Entwicklung von Produkten aus der IntelliVue-Familie spezialisiert hat. Als Product Development Lead bist du verantwortlich für die Überwachung der Produktqualität und die Durchführung von Projekten, die auf die Implementierung von Produktänderungen und -verbesserungen für Patienten und Fachpersonal abzielen.
Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:- Die Produktdesign-Dokumentation (Design History File) zu erstellen und sicherzustellen, dass alle Produktdokumente den internen Spezifikationen (Qualitätsmanagementsystem) entsprechen.
- Änderungen nachvollziehbar zu machen und sicherzustellen, dass das Produkt alle erforderlichen Industriestandards erfüllt.
- Das Produkt bei internen und externen Audits zu repräsentieren.
- Sicherzustellen, dass Änderungen keine negativen Auswirkungen auf die Produktqualität haben.
- Problemlösungsdiskussionen mit Experten aus verschiedenen Fachbereichen zu leiten und an produktbezogenen CAPAs (Korrektur- und Vorbeugungsmaßnahmen) teilzunehmen.
- Bereichsübergreifende Projektteams zu steuern und sicherzustellen, dass die Änderungen fristgerecht und im Kostenrahmen umgesetzt werden.
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Medizintechnik oder ähnliche Qualifikation.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit Produkten der Medizintechnik.
- Fundierte Erfahrung in regulierten Industrien und Vertrautheit mit Prozessen wie Produktentwicklung, Design Verification, Designänderungen und Risikomanagement.
- Ein sehr gutes Verständnis von externen Standards, insbesondere IEC.
- Hohe Qualitätsbewusstheit und ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur Selbstorganisation und Erfahrung in der Leitung kleinerer Projekte in interdisziplinären Teams.
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und Deutschkenntnisse wünschenswert.
