Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and guarantee the stock availability of products on our marketplace to improve the shopping experience for customers.
  • Support new partners in integrating into our marketing platform through both manual and technical assistance.
  • Engage with partners to offer support in various domains such as product availability, customer service, issue resolution, and project management.
  • Address customer feedback received via our customer service channels and work towards effective solutions.
  • Evaluate essential E-Commerce metrics of partners and facilitate regular discussions regarding performance indicators.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a university program and looking for a part-time position.
  • Previous experience in E-Commerce or Key Account Management is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
  • A passion for collaborating with customers and partners, particularly in the realm of sports and related products.
