As a Medical Assistant - Dialysis, you will be part of a dedicated team providing high-quality care to patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive care to dialysis-dependent patients, including preparation of treatment spaces and equipment.
- Independently perform hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis in consultation with the attending physician.
- Perform blood draws and prepare laboratory samples.
- Act as the main point of contact for patients and their families.
- Completed training as a Medical Assistant.
- Specialization in Nephrology.
- Empathy, openness, and enjoyment of working with people.
- Willingness to work shifts as per individual agreement.
- Good German skills (at least B2 level), additional languages are a plus.
- Flexible and personalized scheduling.
