Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Finanzexperten, der sich auf Corporate Finance und Investor Relations spezialisiert hat. Der Kandidat sollte ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Mathematik haben und ausgeprägte finanzmathematische Kenntnisse zur Wirkungsweise von Derivaten besitzen.

Die Hauptaufgaben umfassen:

  • Debt Capital Management, z. B. Ausschreibungen, Vertragsverhandlungen, Service Agreements sowie Steuern zusätzlicher eingesetzter Dienstleister, Prüfung von Fördermöglichkeiten
  • Abwickeln des mit Finanzierungen verbundenen Tagesgeschäftes, z. B. bei auslaufenden Zinsbindungsfristen
  • Refinanzierungsmanagement: Erarbeiten und Umsetzen von Finanzierungskonzepten
  • Strukturieren von Zinsabsicherungsportfolien und deren Implementierung
  • Entwickeln und Umsetzen von Simulationsmodellen und Prognoseberechnungen
  • Definieren und Umsetzen der Anlagestrategie in Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen
  • Erfassen und Bewerten der für bestehende oder geplante Finanzpositionen relevanten Markteinschätzungen im Rahmen des Risikomanagements
  • Abschließen und Erfassen von Finanzgeschäften zu Refinanzierung, Zinssicherung, Geld- und Kapitalanlage einschließlich des direkten Erfassens aller Finanzgeschäfte in den positionsführenden Systemen für Gesellschaften, Fonds und Objektgesellschaften
  • Unterstützen bei der Erstellung des entscheidungsunterstützenden Berichtswesens an unternehmensinterne Adressaten
  • Unterstützen für Projekte und Ad hoc-Anforderungen in teamübergreifenden Themen der Abteilung Finanzen
  • Vorbereiten und Mitwirken bei den Gesprächen mit Ratingagenturen
  • Investor Relations Management, Mitwirkung und Erstellung von Reporting-Verpflichtungen, z.B. Covenantsberechnungen, Auswertungen von wirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen, Zahlungsanweisungen

Der Kandidat sollte auch:

  • sicheres Auftreten und Durchsetzungsvermögen besitzen
  • sicherer Umgang mit einschlägigen Softwaretools (MS Office) sowie gute SAP-Kenntnisse haben
  • gutes analytisches Denkvermögen und eine eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise besitzen
  • sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln sowie hohe Vertrauenswürdigkeit und Teamfähigkeit haben
