Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate shift schedules to ensure seamless operations
• Monitor work processes and implement productivity-enhancing strategies
• Actively participate in daily operations and provide guidance to team members
• Train new employees and familiarize them with shift processes to ensure a smooth onboarding experience

Requirements:

• Experience in shift coordination or similar roles, preferably in logistics or operations management
• Willingness to actively participate and take on responsibility in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Flexibility to work different shifts and adapt to changing priorities
• Good knowledge of German; knowledge of English is a plus
