Position Overview: As a Client Support Specialist within the ShipManager Software Suite, you will gain in-depth knowledge in various aspects of maritime management and the corresponding ShipManager functionalities. Your key role will be to assist our clients in maximizing the use of our software solutions and resolving any challenges they may face.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring trust and satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT Operations and the Delivery Team.

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer support is advantageous.
- Proficiency in database management systems such as SQL Anywhere, MS SQL, and MySQL.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems like EcholoN and Salesforce is a significant asset.
Essential Skills:
- Outstanding communication abilities.
- Basic proficiency in German.

- Fluency in English.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems and their functionalities.
