Job Description
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of electrical and mechanical equipment, including generators, in close collaboration with the project team, subcontractors, and customers. Your tasks will include:
- Coordinating and supervising the installation of electrical and mechanical equipment, including generators, in accordance with the project schedule and quality standards.
- Leading and guiding installation teams and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient work practices.
- Providing technical support for the installation and commissioning of electrical and mechanical equipment, including generators.
- Monitoring and documenting the progress of the installation and any deviations from the project plan.
- Coordinating with other trades and the project team to ensure a smooth and efficient installation process.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, including the implementation of safety procedures and quality control measures.
- Coordinating with the project team to ensure that the installation is completed on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Technical degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, such as electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Proven experience in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment, including generators.
- Good knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including generators, and their installation and commissioning procedures.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Fluency in German and English, with additional languages an advantage.
