Position Overview: As a Structural Loads & Aeroelasticity Specialist, you will take charge of conducting aerodynamic assessments and load evaluations on aviation structures, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities: In this capacity, you will engage with multidisciplinary teams to innovate and refine aerospace technologies. You will also execute wind tunnel experiments and interpret the findings to enhance the aerodynamic efficiency of aircraft.
Your Duties Will Include:
- Executing structural evaluations to ascertain the loads on diverse aviation components
- Creating load models and performing load assessments utilizing simulation tools
- Carrying out aeroelastic evaluations to analyze the dynamic behavior of aviation structures
- Contributing to the design and enhancement of aviation structures to boost performance and effectiveness
- Collaborating closely with fellow engineers and stakeholders to guarantee that the aircraft fulfills performance and safety standards
Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate for this role is a meticulous and analytical engineer with a robust foundation in aerospace engineering. A profound comprehension of aerodynamics and structural evaluations, along with experience in simulation tools and wind tunnel experimentation, is essential.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or a comparable discipline
- Over three years of expertise in aerodynamic assessments and load evaluations
- Proficient in simulation tools such as ANSYS, MATLAB, or equivalent
- Experience in wind tunnel experimentation and data interpretation
- Solid grasp of aviation structures and aeroelastic principles
- Exceptional analytical and communication abilities
