Your Role
The Head of HR Operations (m/f/d) for the EMEA region will oversee the delivery of outstanding HR services encompassing HR administration, time management, and payroll, while driving efficient processes that guarantee data integrity, punctuality, and compliance. This position is based at one of our significant locations within the region and will integrate into a regional and global HR Operations network.
With a focus on service delivery and a customer-oriented mindset, you will thrive in a multinational collaborative setting, ensuring exceptional support for the organization and its personnel, while acting as a vital partner in our HR Business Partnering model:
- Lead the comprehensive spectrum of HR administrative and payroll functions, monitoring and enhancing service delivery standards to ensure global uniformity, thereby improving experiences for both managers and employees.
- Assess and modify the HR service delivery framework to adapt to evolving business requirements, as services are currently provided either centrally by the HR Operations team or through HR Business Partners or the Talent Acquisition team.
- Establish frameworks and procedures to position the HR Operations function as the primary contact for employees regarding all HR-related inquiries and requests.
- Manage and nurture the HR Operations team to guarantee effective implementation of the local HR strategy within defined budgets and standards.
- Ensure the provision of streamlined, digitized, and simplified HR operational processes and solutions, driving the development of HR Operations and Payroll solutions in alignment with the global HR Information System strategy.
- Forge partnerships and gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders to define and develop successful, scalable processes and practices.
Qualifications
- A university degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in HR Shared Services and/or Payroll, ideally within an international matrix environment.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience demonstrating accountability and results orientation.
- Direct project management experience; transformation and implementation experience is preferred.
- Proven skills in business partnering, collaboration, and influence; advanced stakeholder management with senior business and HR leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage data-driven insights to assess performance and promote lean and continuous improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages such as French, German, or Spanish is advantageous.
