Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Psiychological Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing individual and group therapy sessions to our patients, as well as collaborating with our team of experts to develop and implement treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with patients, focusing on psychosomatic disorders and acute crises.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with our team of experts, including our team-leading physicians and the planning secretariat.
- Participate in regular patient-related team meetings and visits to contribute to the success of our therapy programs.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of overall patient care, including the development of our therapy concept.
- Prepare and submit various reports, as well as conduct, evaluate, and document test psychological examinations.
Requirements
- Hold a degree in psychology or a related field, with a focus on psychotherapy.
- Have a patient-centered approach and demonstrate empathy in understanding the needs of our patients.
- Be highly motivated and committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
- Be able to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team environment.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
