Cyber Security Risk Advisory Manager

Position Overview:
The Cyber Security Risk Advisory Manager will spearhead the advancement and refinement of our Cyber Security offerings. This role involves providing strategic guidance to clients on assessing their IT security vulnerabilities and overall maturity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the creation and improvement of Cyber Security services.
- Advise clients on identifying and mitigating their IT security risks.
- Design and implement phishing simulations and various attack scenarios.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in Cyber Security and assist in crafting promotional materials.
- Initiate and execute acquisition strategies and manage Cyber Security projects, including assessments and the implementation of management systems in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001 standards.
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of pertinent experience in Cyber Security or IT security, ideally within a consulting environment.
- Proven leadership capabilities.
- Strong interest in organizational aspects of Cyber Security.
- Familiarity with ITIL, NIST, and the implementation of management systems based on ISO/IEC 27001.
- Fluency in both German and English; additional language skills and willingness to travel internationally are a plus.
