Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Specialist, Finishing to join our team. As a Service Specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out projects in the field of mechanical service and modernization as part of our finishing division at our customers' sites in Central Europe.
Main Responsibilities
- On-site project execution, installation, and installation supervision
- Organization and implementation of service and installation work
- Contact person for the customer regarding technical and project-related questions
- Preparation of protocols and service reports
- You will be our primary point of contact with the customer
Requirements
- Training with a focus on mechanics or mechanical engineering (technician or master craftsman), or a lot of experience in comparable work (mechanical service/maintenance)
- Solid knowledge of mechanics, optionally experience in one or more of the following areas: Hydraulics, pneumatics, drive technology, optical measurement
- Preferably also industry knowledge in the paper industry
- Ability to work in a team, as well as good organizational and communication skills
- Fun and initiative to learn new things
- At least good to very good German and good written and spoken English language skills
- Confidence in dealing with the latest IT systems
- Class B driving license and willingness to travel (~70–80 %)
