We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team at syncreon America Inc. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient receipt and dispatch of goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse.
- Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor and control warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a warehouse management role, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and SAP.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
