HR Systems Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of our HR systems, providing essential support to global HR teams in the integration of the "Workday" HR system through first and second level assistance.
- Standardize and manage global HR processes, including role assignments and tasks related to recruitment and human capital management.
- Act as a representative for EagleBurgmann in internal Freudenberg project groups focused on recruitment and human capital management initiatives.
- Assist in headcount reporting, ensuring data quality aligns with Freudenberg best practices and facilitating necessary data corrections.
- Coordinate with other EagleBurgmann units to organize standardized reviews of data quality and dashboard reporting.
- Collaborate with the local HR department to provide guidance and support to new HR personnel, while managing interfaces with the IT department.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, with a minimum of 3 years in HR, preferably with exposure to Workday.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong business partnerships and work collaboratively across functions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive data and information.
- Exhibit a structured approach to work, combined with excellent project management skills and knowledge of change management principles.
- Possess an understanding of working within a global and diverse corporate culture, along with exceptional communication skills.
- Fluency in both German and English, in addition to proficiency with Office 365 tools.
