Job Opportunity in the Service Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Service Team as a Team Leader in the Gastronomy department at Center Parcs Park Eifel in Gunderath.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Creating and managing daily and shift schedules in collaboration with the F&B Assistant
  • Supporting the F&B Assistant in personnel management
  • Onboarding new employees
  • Mentoring and supervising service staff
  • Participating in the optimization of work processes
  • Providing excellent customer service, from service to sales in the restaurant
  • Handling guest inquiries and complaints from the cash system
  • Ordering supplies and conducting inventory
  • Implementing measures to improve quality and sales

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A completed education in gastronomy or retail or a similar qualification
  • First-hand experience as a shift leader or in a comparable position
  • Desirable: first-hand experience in personnel management
  • A passion for customer service
  • Good English and German language skills in writing and speaking
