Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Management Expert (m/w/d) Part-time to join our team at TEICON ENGINEERING. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality standards and procedures for the production process.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation and reports.
  • Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality procedures and standards.
Requirements:
  • Technical degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, quality management).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and quality management software.
