In addition, you want to advise and coach municipal, regional, or supra-regional energy supply companies on the introduction of new processes in their energy economic ERP solutions and/or platform solutions? In your role as a consultant, you move at the interface between the specialist departments and IT. As a key player, you are crucial for our company's success within the energy industry.

In detail, you will be responsible for:

1. Analyzing and conceptually advising on the field of digitalization of energy processes and organizations, optimizing IT-supported business processes at energy suppliers through innovations and technologies
2. You advise our customers on the alignment, design, and application of energy economic ERP application and/or platform-based IT system solutions
3. You analyze the requirements and design the processes and customer experience workflows in energy economic ERP application and/or platform-based IT system solutions
4. You conduct workshops, feasibility studies, concept development, and implementation of proof-of-concepts or project pilotings and ramp-ups of energy economic ERP application and/or platform-based IT system solutions
5. You advise and accompany the project implementation in customer-facing roles, e.g., as product owner, and support in project planning in the context of realizing digital strategies

Your Skills - What You Bring

1. Successful completion of a degree in business informatics or economics or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience in relevant fields
2. Knowledge of the energy industry or professional experience in the field is an advantage
3. Experience in project assignments for the introduction and implementation of energy economic ERP application and/or platform-based IT system solutions or knowledge of at least one market-relevant ERP/Billing system solution for energy suppliers is desirable
4. You have already gained experience in independently designing, preparing, conducting, and following up workshops
5. Ideally, you have already learned suitable methodological knowledge or have the toolset in the areas of requirements engineering and process modeling
6. You feel comfortable conducting IT projects according to classical and agile approaches from ideation to accompanying implementation
