Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Kreditorenbuchhalter to join our team at Krieger Gruppe. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing and processing import-related transactions, ensuring accurate and timely payment processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify and process import invoices in our electronic workflow system
- Manage and reconcile creditor accounts, resolving any discrepancies or issues
- Prepare and send payment instructions to suppliers
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient import operations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in finance or accounting preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in import-related transactions or accounting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
