Supplier Quality Assurance Lead

- Gewährleistung der Einhaltung der Anforderungen im Bereich Lieferantenqualitätsmanagement, insbesondere in Bezug auf präventive Maßnahmen, technische Vorgaben und die Qualifizierung von Zulieferern.
- Durchsetzung der Qualitätsstandards bei den Zulieferern und Unterstützung im Eskalationsprozess.
- Umfassende Planung und Durchführung von Audits bei Lieferanten (VDA 6.3), einschließlich der Nachverfolgung und Überprüfung der Umsetzung erforderlicher Maßnahmen.
- Mitwirkung bei der Implementierung des standardisierten Prozesses zur Lieferantenqualifizierung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Einkaufsabteilung.
- Qualifizierung und Genehmigung von Zulieferern in Kooperation mit dem Einkauf und den technischen Fachleuten unserer Geschäftseinheit.
- Überwachung der KPIs im Bereich Lieferantenqualitätsmanagement und Sicherstellung von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsmaßnahmen.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau oder Mechatronik bzw. eine Techniker- oder Meisterausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung im Lieferanten- und Qualitätsmanagement.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der gängigen Normen im Qualitätsmanagement sowie der VDA-Richtlinien.
- Erfahrung als zertifizierter Auditor nach VDA 6.3 oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen.
- Sichere Anwendung zentraler Qualitätsmethoden wie FMEA, 8D-Methodik, Ishikawa-Diagramm, 5-Why und Wertstromanalyse.
- Wünschenswert sind Erfahrungen im Bereich der Zerspanungstechnik und deren Umfeld.
- Ein sicheres Auftreten in einem internationalen Umfeld sowie zielgerichtete Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch sind erforderlich, ebenso wie die Bereitschaft zu reisen.
