We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our RLE INTERNATIONAL Group team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with international customers to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and optimize product offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans, including product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, including product demonstrations and training.
  • Manage sales pipelines and forecasts to ensure accurate revenue projections and sales performance metrics.
  • Represent the company at international trade shows and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering or natural sciences field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the fuel cell, electrolysis, or redox-flow battery industry, preferably in a sales or business development role.
  • Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of industry trends and developments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and identify key issues.
  • Fluent English and German language skills, both written and verbal.
