Job Summary

Kabel Premium Pulp & Paper GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate inventory levels and timely delivery.
  • Manage relationships with transportation providers, including freight forwarders, shipping lines, and rail operators.
  • Oversee customs clearance and compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Develop and maintain transportation tariffs and negotiate with carriers to secure competitive rates.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues related to transportation and delivery.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide statistical reports and analysis to support business decisions.
  • Assist with annual inventory counts and cycle counts.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as a logistics or industrial clerk.
  • Several years of experience in logistics, preferably in a similar industry.
  • High motivation and decision-making skills.
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in SAP R3 and excellent MS Office skills.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
