Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Team Leader to join our team at our Rosdorf Logistics Center. As a Logistics Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, and you will be responsible for implementing processes and procedures to improve our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Identify and resolve operational issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
  • Manage inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, responding to their needs and concerns
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Requirements
  • Relevant education and experience in logistics or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in a leadership role, with experience in warehouse management and operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on efficiency and productivity
