Your Role as Finance Specialist - Accounts Payable

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Specialist to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our financial processes. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring accurate bookkeeping, managing payments, and maintaining financial records.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Execute day-to-day bookkeeping tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Process incoming and outgoing payments, ensuring timely and correct transactions.
• Provide support in addressing tax-related inquiries and documentation.
• Oversee cash management activities to maintain financial stability.
• Prepare comprehensive accounts and invoices for clients and vendors.
• Manage open items and send reminders to ensure prompt resolution.
• Contribute to the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements.

Your Qualifications:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship with proven experience in a finance-related field.
• Experience in accounting principles and practices is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with DATEV software is desirable.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently and logically.
