Wir suchen einen Senior Manager Technology für unsere customized Agency "THE MARCOM ENGINE" (100% Tochter der Serviceplan Gruppe) an unserem Standort München.

Was du erwartest:
  • Eine Führungsrolle als Teil des hochgradig selbstgesteuerten und innovativen Technologie-/Architektur-Teams und Verantwortung für die Definition des Marketing- und Werbetechnologie-Stacks
  • Priorisierung sowie Kommunikation der technologischen Auswirkungen während des gesamten Entscheidungsfindungsprozesses inklusive technische Strategie für den Martech- und AdTech-Bereich
  • Analyse verschiedener technischer Lösungen und Identifizierung fortschrittliche Technologien sowie Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement
  • Stark lösungsorientierte Interaktion und Koordinierung mit der Führungsebene des Kundenunternehmens
  • Deep dive in Details und Ziele des Unternehmens und Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams
Was wir von dir erwarten:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik/Computer Science
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Marketingtechnologie und in der Entwicklung von Lösungen für die Automobilbranche oder einem verwandten Bereich sowie in der Leitung mehrerer Teams und der Entwicklung komplexer Produkte im Bereich AdTech
  • Umfassende technologische Erfahrung in der Leitung und Durchführung von Projekten mit multidisziplinären Teams
  • Erfahrung in der Lösungsarchitektur und Unternehmensarchitektur
  • Erfahrung in der Implementierung und Architektur von Marketingtechnologien (Erfahrung mit Adobe-Produkten und AdTech ist ein zusätzliches Plus)
  • Technisch-funktionale Beratungserfahrung im Bereich digitaler Marketing-Plattformen
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Systemdesign und Architekturentscheidungen sowie dem Aufbau verteilter Systeme (serviceorientiert / Microservices), architektonischen Mustern, Methoden zur Fehlerbehebung und Best Practices
  • Starke Proaktivität und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Forschungs- und ergebnisorientierte Denkweise
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in englischer und deutscher Sprache sind von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Informationssicherheit und Informationssicherheitsbewusstsein
