The Enterprise Security Testing Program Lead will play a crucial role in managing and executing thorough penetration testing initiatives aimed at identifying vulnerabilities within our digital frameworks. Reporting directly to the Head of Security Operations, this position is integral to our CISO team, focusing on enhancing our Security Testing as a Service offerings and other security assessment capabilities. Collaboration with various teams will be essential to strengthen Hapag-Lloyd's cybersecurity posture.
This role presents an opportunity to influence the cybersecurity strategy of Hapag-Lloyd by contributing to advanced security solutions and working alongside a dedicated team committed to proactive threat management. We are devoted to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in cybersecurity practices.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive security testing, including penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.
- Guide penetration testing efforts and adversary simulation exercises across the organization.
- Collaborate with Vulnerability Management to perform detailed assessments and prioritize remediation efforts based on risk analysis.
- Produce thorough and actionable reports from testing activities, including recommended remediation strategies.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive security initiatives and remediation actions.
- Enhance security awareness through training and educational programs.
- Evaluate and implement security testing tools for optimal performance.
- Stay informed on emerging security threats and integrate relevant findings into testing protocols.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements in security testing practices.
- Effectively communicate security risks and implications to non-technical stakeholders.
- Drive the development of competencies and methodologies within the CISO functions related to penetration testing.
- Master's or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- A minimum of five years of experience in information security testing or related fields.
- Extensive knowledge of penetration testing methodologies and tools.
- Strong grasp of operating systems, networks, web applications, and cloud services.
- Relevant industry certifications are highly desirable.
- Commitment to ethical hacking practices and responsible vulnerability disclosure.
- Familiarity with threat intelligence frameworks and security regulations is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven leadership capabilities, with experience mentoring cybersecurity professionals.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
