Position: Assembly Supervisor (m/f/x) Location: Nationwide, GermanyKey Responsibilities:

• Oversee on-site assembly operations in conjunction with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers of components.
• Direct assembly teams while engaging actively in the assembly process.
• Deliver structured updates on assembly progress and manage post-assembly evaluations.
• Conduct commissioning and acceptance testing.
• Educate clients on the proper handling of products.
• Adjust logistics systems as required.
• Transfer facilities to service teams and offer on-site technical assistance.
• Facilitate specialized training sessions for clients and Kardex personnel.

Qualifications:

• Technical vocational training, preferably enhanced with technician or master qualifications.
• Significant experience in assembly and team leadership within plant construction.
• Capability to work at heights.
• Knowledge of SPS and experience in project management are beneficial.
• Fluency in both German and English.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and readiness for extensive travel.
