Key Responsibilities

• Digital transformation of urban planning projects and preparation of legal documentation, including detailed terrain profiles and analytical plans
• Creation of zoning plans in accordance with XPlanung standards
• Assistance to landscape planning, environmental protection, and biodiversity teams in data management and area assessments

Qualifications

• Degree in urban planning, landscape architecture, or a related field
• Proficiency in Nemetschek Vectorworks, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and GIS applications
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluent in German
