Key Responsibilities

As a Senior C++ Developer at getML, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our platform, maintaining our Python API, and providing support in customer projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Enhancing getML: Lead the development and optimization of our framework, focusing on improving performance, scalability, and usability.
  • Software Consulting: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and develop data-driven applications for our customers.
  • Enhancing Developer Experience: Work closely with our team to ensure our product is intuitive and well-documented.
  • Continuous Learning: Engage with machine learning technologies and build foundational knowledge to contribute effectively to getML and our customer projects.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing robust software applications.
  • Advanced proficiency in C++ and Python, with a track record in developing and maintaining APIs.
  • Working understanding of Golang and TypeScript to engage with and contribute to the getML engine.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and version control systems.
  • Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and an understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) principles.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks, while also collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Strong ambition to gain a thorough understanding of machine learning frameworks and methods.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both German (B2) and English.
