Electrical Department Head

For our Electrical Engineering department at our Bobenheim-Roxheim location, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Electrical Engineering Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Electrical Engineering department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Electrical Engineering department, ensuring that all tasks and projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of electrical equipment and systems, ensuring that all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
• Develop and implement plans for the maintenance and upgrade of electrical systems and equipment, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all electrical systems and equipment are functioning correctly and efficiently.
• Develop and implement plans for the training and development of electrical engineering staff, ensuring that all staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out their roles effectively.
• Ensure that all electrical systems and equipment are maintained in accordance with relevant safety regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement plans for the improvement of electrical systems and equipment, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a strong background in electrical systems and equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex electrical systems and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
