We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Content Marketing Manager to join our Corporate Communications department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our company's overall goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation and Management
The Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for researching, planning, and implementing content across various digital channels, including our website, social media platforms, and email newsletters. This will involve creating engaging and informative content that resonates with our target audience and drives business results.
Content Strategy and PlanningThe successful candidate will develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our company's overall goals and objectives. This will involve conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and identifying opportunities to create engaging and relevant content.
Performance Reporting and AnalysisThe Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for tracking and analyzing the performance of our content across various digital channels. This will involve using data and analytics tools to measure engagement, website traffic, and other key metrics, and providing insights and recommendations to improve content performance.
Stakeholder ManagementThe successful candidate will work closely with our Corporate Communications team to ensure that our content is aligned with our company's overall messaging and branding. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure that our content is consistent and effective.
Requirements
- Education and Experience
The successful candidate will have a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, and at least 5+ years of experience in content marketing, social media, or online marketing.
Skills and QualificationsThe Content Marketing Manager will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and informative content that resonates with our target audience. They will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track and analyze data to inform content decisions.
Language SkillsThe successful candidate will be fluent in German and English, with the ability to create content in both languages.
