About the JobWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hydraulic Systems Engineer to join our team at Airbus Defence and Space in Manching. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing hydraulic systems for various aerospace applications.
Key Responsibilities- Concept and definition phase of hydraulic systems
- Definition of system and equipment requirements
- System and equipment qualification and certification
- Supplier technical management
- Representation of the department/company towards the customer and in front of suppliers and partners
- Interfacing with and support to e.g. Flight Test, System Integration Testing, Airworthiness, Final Assembly Line, Technical Publications, Programme Management, Procurement & other engineering functions
- In Service Support, e.g. Problem Investigations
- Project Management
- Completed studies in Aerospace and aeronautics, Mechanical Engineering or comparable
- Experience with Supplier Management
- Requirements Verification & Validation knowledge
- Basic Knowledge of Fluid, Thermal, and/or Hydraulic Equipments/ Components
- Engineering experience in Hydraulic- / Hydromechanical Systems
- Excellent computer skills (CATIA V5, Matlab)
- Knowledge in MS-Office
- Fluent English, spoken and written and good German skills
