Your Role: In this position, you will leverage your clinical expertise to create and refine medical content that serves as a vital resource for physicians. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of medical care delivered to patients globally.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with fellow physicians to design, develop, and author new medical content tailored for US healthcare providers.
- Evaluate and enhance existing materials on our platform to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Work alongside illustrators to produce informative flowcharts and visuals that complement our written content.
- Incorporate user feedback and the latest evidence-based guidelines to maintain the currency of our resources.
- Engage with marketing and product teams to improve the usability and functionality of our platform.
- Gain proficiency in our content management system, which integrates various media to create comprehensive articles (no technical background required).
- Medical degree (M.D. or equivalent), preferably with a specialization in internal medicine.
- At least three years of recent clinical experience in internal medicine within the US.
- Exceptional proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong skills in sourcing, interpreting, and applying US clinical literature and guidelines.
- Solid understanding of evidence-based medical practices.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think innovatively.
- Interest in copywriting or participating in marketing initiatives is a plus.
- Availability for full-time or near-full-time work.
- Willingness to work remotely from within Germany.
- Collaborating with a team of intelligent and engaging editors.
- Translating complex medical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
- Conducting literature research and writing informative content.
- Participating in constructive feedback exchanges.
- Acquiring new skills and adapting to innovative workflows.
- Initial 30-minute conversation with a Talent Acquisition Manager to discuss your background and motivations.
- A skills assessment requiring up to 8 hours of your time to evaluate your content creation abilities.
- A 45-minute discussion with the Hiring Manager and team members to review your assessment and explore team dynamics.
