About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Stuttgart. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the administration, operational management of the boutique, and personnel management (leading a team of your own).

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and relieve the Store Manager in the administration, operational management of the boutique, and personnel management (leading a team of your own)
  • Achieve sales targets and goals for the boutique
  • Ensure compliance with all internal processes and regulations in the daily work routine
  • Provide professional and exceptional customer service to local and international customers in the sale of our entire product range
  • After thorough training and familiarization, take over a specific area of responsibility from our product range
  • Support in the decoration and presentation of the sales area
  • Inventory management and security
  • Goods receipt control and storage

Requirements

  • You have already gained experience in a comparable position
  • You possess engagement, enthusiasm, and resilience
  • Your strengths include excellent organizational skills, positive and confident demeanor, entrepreneurial thinking, tact, and attention to detail
  • You are passionate about sales and service, and you are familiar with pre- and post-processing in a warehouse management system and customer service
  • You are proficient in modern media and enjoy using them efficiently in your daily work
  • You have fluent German language skills and very good English language skills, and you are happy to learn another foreign language
