Senior Software Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team at European Tech Recruit. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in the development and maintenance of our Android applications.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, testing, design, and project management, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest software engineering advancements and technologies, including Kotlin, Java, and Android SDK.
- Develop and maintain clean, efficient, and scalable code, adhering to SOLID principles and legacy app maintenance best practices.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project managers, designers, and customers, to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Fluently communicate in German and English, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven experience in developing native Android apps with Kotlin, Java, and Android SDK.
- Strong understanding of clean code practices, SOLID principles, and legacy app maintenance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
