Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Analytics and Insight Professional to join our team at Amazon Advertising. As a key member of the Customer Success Team, you will work closely with sales, product, retail, and other Amazon business partners to analyze and improve advertisers' performance on Amazon.
Key Responsibilities- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to C-suite marketing leaders, leveraging Amazon's unique data and your understanding of our advertising customers' business.
- Present findings and insights in a consultative way to clients and collaborate with internal teams to provide a complete solution.
- Develop and maintain expertise in Amazon's proprietary metrics and analytics tools, working to constantly evolve how we analyze and communicate data-driven insights to our advertisers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver regular and bespoke analyses and insights for some of the world's largest advertisers, driving growth across advertiser KPIs and helping them grow their businesses.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in performance advertising, predictive analytics, and experimental design, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.
- Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years' experience in client-facing data analysis roles.
- 5+ years of consulting experience with a major consulting firm or 5+ years of advertising experience with a top advertiser (agency or client side).
- Advanced skills in SQL, Python, R, or SAS, with the ability to write complex queries and run advanced statistical modeling and testing.
- Excellent data-driven storytelling skills, with the ability to create and deliver compelling presentations with outstanding visuals.
- Fluency in German is a plus.
