Position Overview

At TÜV Rheinland, we are dedicated to fostering innovative solutions that enhance quality of life across the globe. As a key player in our Global Sustainability (GS) Team, you will oversee various strategic initiatives and ensure the seamless execution of sustainability projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Serve as the project manager within the GS Team, coordinating diverse team activities while maintaining a comprehensive overview of global projects, technical advancements, client inquiries, and marketing efforts.
  • Support Leadership: Assist the Global Sustainability Director in organizing monthly technical discussions with global operations, facilitating internal team meetings, and fulfilling various internal reporting obligations.
  • KPI Monitoring: Track and analyze product-related KPIs, focusing on both financial and qualitative metrics.
  • Training Coordination: Organize technical and sales training sessions, as well as oversee global capacity building planning and status monitoring.
  • Client Coordination: Aid global technical experts in delivering sustainability projects, including client-facing interactions related to carbon management and ESG initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in fields such as environmental science, sustainability, engineering, or a related area.
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in sustainability project management, with a preference for expertise in carbon and ESG.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with colleagues from around the world.
  • Proficiency in German and fluency in English are required.
