Position Overview:

• Evaluate, modify, and draft agreements in both German and English, with guidance from external legal advisors
• Implement new legal standards applicable to businesses
• Assist the sales team during client negotiations
• Help in formulating financing proposals for clients
• Review incoming and outgoing letters of credit and bank guarantees
• Communicate independently with clients, financial institutions, and partner companies
• Ensure compliance with international transfer pricing regulations
• Collaborate on contract structures within the corporate group
• Manage contract processes across other European entities under BW Converting Solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management within industrial environments, ideally in machinery and plant engineering
• In-depth understanding of international contract law and experience in negotiations
• Fluency in English and German
• Familiarity with sales financing options
• Strong communication skills, capability to work autonomously and collaboratively, along with excellent risk assessment skills
