About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Application Engineering Manager to join our Sales and Business Development Organization at Agile Robots SE. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our collaborative robot solutions.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of application engineers in designing and implementing collaborative robotic solutions tailored to customer specifications
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide valuable insights and feedback for product improvement
  • Act as a bridge between the application engineering team and other functional areas within the organization
  • Engage directly with customers to understand their unique challenges and requirements
  • Oversee the preparation of technical proposals, feasibility studies, and solution architectures
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives within the application engineering team to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of collaborative robotics
  • Provide post-sales technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues
Your Profile
  • Proven leadership experience in application engineering or a similar technical role, preferably in the robotics or automation industry
  • Strong knowledge of collaborative robotics, including programming and integration
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Business fluent English and German skills
  • Independent, thorough, and team-oriented describes your attitude towards work
