INNOPAY is a consultancy firm part of Oliver Wyman, specialising in digital transactions since 2002. We co-created iDEAL and have since expanded into digital identity and data sharing. Our services cover strategic, product development, and operational aspects of our clients' business.

Job Description

We are seeking a Manager to support our clients in their digital transformation and development of open, data-driven business models. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital strategy development and execution, with a focus on open finance, ecosystem-based business models, data strategy, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead international project teams in developing innovative solutions for clients' challenges
  • Apply thematic expertise and market knowledge to find pragmatic solutions
  • Share expertise internally and contribute to new propositions or publications
  • Support business development in the German-speaking region
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience at a top-tier consultancy firm in digital strategy development and execution
  • Profound experience in open finance, ecosystem-based business models, data strategy, and regulatory compliance
  • Proven leadership skills and commercial savvy
  • Fluency in German and English
