Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individual educational plans to support children's growth and development
  • Provide support and care to children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being
  • Work closely with parents and other caregivers to ensure a collaborative approach to childcare

Requirements:
  • Completed training as an Erzieher or Heilerziehungspfleger
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage competing priorities
