About YiDa Business Consulting & Translation Services

We are seeking an experienced IoT Senior Engineer to join our team at YiDa Business Consulting & Translation Services. Our client, a leading international manufacturing company, is looking for a skilled professional to lead their IoT product development efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product managers to identify consumer needs and translate them into product opportunities
  • Develop smart/IoT product specifications and work with cross-functional teams to ensure features and services meet performance needs
  • Evaluate new products for market appropriateness and functional performance
  • Manage IoT lab and evaluation needs, and participate in regulatory and standard setting bodies
  • Coordinate with HQ IoT and product divisions to implement new smart innovations into product plans
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in IoT/Smart Home research and product development
  • Master's degree in Computer/Software Engineering or related field
  • Creative thinking, strong smart innovation skills, and ability to identify opportunities from trends
  • Experience implementing IoT features in consumer product environments
  • Good business instincts, strong influence and advocacy skills, and ability to lead others in innovative thought and processes
