About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Marketing Manager to join our Prime Video team in Germany. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive engagement and growth for our original content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support campaign planning and execution from title conception to launch
  • Partner with original studio teams to develop narrative and campaign strategies
  • Support talent management and cross-functional team collaboration
  • Partner with internal teams to identify and prioritize needs and ensure immaculate planning
  • Escalate blocking issues, anticipate and make trade-offs, and meet committed delivery timelines
  • Develop and deliver marketing assets across Amazon-owned platforms and ATL paid media channels
  • Ensure end-to-end integration of assets across channels
  • Manage external partners and marketing partnerships
  • Post-campaign analysis and reporting

Requirements
  • Experience in professional marketing, preferably in the entertainment industry
  • Experience developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience developing and executing campaigns across multiple time zones and languages
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
  • Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with a global footprint
