Consultant for Operations - Specialization in Research & Development (R&D) and Product Lifecycle Management

Our Business Unit is dedicated to assisting clients in modernizing their development organizations to enhance competitiveness. This encompasses strategic foresight for the R&D department's future and sustainability, execution within the R&D structure, engineering and PLM processes, along with integration into the management framework. We engage in specific optimization initiatives and comprehensive R&D and Product Lifecycle Management transformation projects.
Your Role:
- Consultative Value Addition: Collaborate with a skilled team to deliver impactful consulting services to our clients, demonstrating your analytical capabilities and knowledge.
- R&D and PLM Focus: Work alongside your team to create customized solution frameworks and decision-making tools across all dimensions of the Operating Model for our clients.
- Collaborative Growth: Participate in cross-functional initiatives such as publications and the development of new tools, contributing to our collective success.
- Project Responsibility: Oversee specific aspects within various projects while maintaining direct client engagement.
Your Contributions:
- Team-Oriented Approach: Foster collaboration, knowledge exchange, and a positive workplace atmosphere. Embrace challenges with a sense of humor.
- Professional Expertise: Bring substantial consulting experience in R&D and PLM Strategy, Organizational Structure, Control Processes, Profitability Management, Complexity Management, Change Management, and Tool Implementation.
- Analytical Skills: Employ both analytical and creative thinking to devise solutions. Proficiency in English and German, along with strong command of Office applications.
- Educational Background: Possess a degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
