AVL Deutschland GmbH is seeking a dedicated Student Assistant in Business Management to support our operations in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for staff and external clients, facilitating daily site management activities.
  • Aid executives with business-related tasks, connecting them to central departments and assisting with the integration of new team members.
  • Support travel arrangements and event coordination, including the organization of local meetings and workshops.
  • Conduct in-depth research on specific topics to provide valuable insights to the core team.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time program in Business Administration, Business Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Previous practical experience in a business environment is advantageous.
  • Strong team player with excellent organizational abilities and quick learning skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • A valid driver's license (Class B) is preferred.
