In dieser Position bist du ein vertrauenswürdiger Partner für Unternehmen weltweit. Du hast die Möglichkeit, mit unseren Kunden zusammenzuarbeiten, um deren Bedürfnisse in der Lieferkette und Logistik zu erfüllen und dabei als kompetenter Berater Mehrwert zu schaffen. Deine Hauptaufgabe wird es sein, bestehende Kundenbeziehungen zu pflegen und auszubauen.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu Ansprechpartnern auf verschiedenen Ebenen innerhalb der Kundenorganisationen
  • Identifizierung von Möglichkeiten zur Weiterentwicklung von Kundenkonten durch den Verkauf unseres umfangreichen Dienstleistungsportfolios
  • Entwicklung von Lösungen zur Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei ihren Herausforderungen in der Lieferkette
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern zur Entwicklung von Preisstrategien
  • Identifizierung von Problemen und Beratung der Kunden zur Bestimmung der Vorgehensweise und Implementierung von Lösungen
  • Verwaltung der Kundenerwartungen durch die Erstellung und Nutzung von Kennzahlen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Geschäftsberichten und Kundenbesuchen

Dein Profil:

  • Bachelor-Abschluss von einer anerkannten Hochschule oder Universität
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb und/oder Account Management
  • Wertschätzung eines vielfältigen und inklusiven Arbeitsumfelds
  • Nachgewiesene Fähigkeiten in Verhandlungen und Zusammenarbeit
  • Versiert im Umgang mit Microsoft Office Suite
