- Coordinating production workflows in collaboration with management and sales teams
- Working closely with sales for accurate demand forecasting
- Overseeing and reconciling inventory levels
- Tracking orders and confirming order statuses
- Developing, maintaining, and analyzing production statistics
- Ensuring continuous monitoring of operational deadlines
- Completed vocational training with a focus on production or equivalent experience in manufacturing, production management, or scheduling is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent planning abilities and a strong analytical mindset
- Basic technical knowledge, ideally with prior experience in a technical environment
