Senior Commercial Manager

Key Responsibilities- Lead commercial projects to implement large-scale carbon capture plants at industrial sites and power plants across Europe.
- Manage contracts and claims, including setting up commercial specifications, tendering, evaluation, negotiation, and finalization of contracts.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to ensure compliance with requirements and standards.
- Collaborate with the project management and business teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor and control project budgets, identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- University degree or similar with a solid commercial background and knowledge of tendering and procurement procedures.
- Proven experience in commercial project and contract management for process plant construction, energy industry, or related sectors.
- Strong capabilities as a purchaser in challenging and complex working situations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to enter technical and process engineering areas.
- Fluency in English and German, with knowledge of other languages a plus.
