Sales and Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Working Student to join our Sales team at SAP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our sales efforts and contributing to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in planning and executing sales campaigns, including creating marketing materials and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Organize internal and external events, workshops, and meetings, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up.
- Support the creation and adaptation of marketing documents and presentations, highlighting key topics and events.
- Provide administrative support to our Global BMW Account Team, including travel expense management, meeting room booking, and schedule coordination.
- Contribute to the team's daily work, including pipeline management, event organization, and communication.
- Student at a university or university of applied sciences.
- Preferred fields of study in sales, marketing, communications, business economics, or similar.
- High interest in key account management, sales, and marketing.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
- Language skills: German and English, fluent in spoken and written.
- Soft skills: Can-do attitude, comfortable working in a dynamic environment, structured, and a team player.
- Others: Reliable, self-dependent, and goal-oriented working.
- Available for at least six months.
