We are seeking a highly motivated and independent Territory Manager to support our sales activities in Southern Germany. The ideal candidate will work closely with our customer network and back office team, being responsible for sales, customer support, sales planning, and growth in the area. Responsibilities include working with customers in the field, attending trade shows and events, as well as coordinating customer training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective on-site support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Visit current and potential customers to promote and sell CapsoCam Plus, a leading medical device.
- Assist in developing sales and marketing plans, budgets, and revenue forecasts to drive business growth.
- Design and update training materials for customers to enhance their understanding of our products.
- Support customer education and training initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collect and provide feedback to improve products and services, ensuring they meet customer needs.
- Coordinate and participate in trade shows and educational events to showcase our products and build relationships with customers.
- Manage sales materials and reporting to ensure accurate and timely data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a basic science or physiology field.
- MBA preferred, but not required.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the medical devices or life sciences industry.
- Fluency in German is essential, with the ability to read, write, and speak English being advantageous.
- Extensive travel required (approximately 70%), with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and CRM tools.
- Strong presentation and phone skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
