Your Role: Quality Assurance Expert - Multichannel Operations
As a Quality Assurance Expert, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across METRO GROUP's multichannel operations. You will be responsible for supporting local and corporate QA teams, providing technical expertise and guidance on all aspects of quality assurance.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for QA matters within your designated area, encompassing Supply Chain, Marketplace, Food Service Distribution (FSD) operations, and 1-2 FSD Companies.
- Provide comprehensive support with standard implementation (LSPs, FSDs, and Platforms), including developing technical manuals, educational materials, and training programs. Contribute to the development of IT tools that facilitate the implementation of new QA requirements.
- Maintain a global system to ensure compliance with global QA standards across METRO/MAKRO countries and external Logistic Service Providers.
- Conduct warehouse assessments in various countries to evaluate adherence to quality standards.
- Oversee incident and crisis cases for the FSD companies you advise, providing technical assessments and guidance to enhance QA structures and efficiency.
- Onboard and welcome FSD Quality Managers across the METRO Network, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and a connection with our vibrant QA community.
- Utilize KPIs and conduct regular reviews to drive continuous improvement in QA processes.
- Support FSD companies in obtaining GQA approval for Own Brand meat production.
